Subscriptions (Superfan+)
You can cancel your Superfan+ subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period — no further charges will be made.
We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months or unused time on an annual plan. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a serious issue, email rocketfiremedia@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it case-by-case.

Because the bundle is delivered digitally and immediately, all bundle purchases are final. If the download is broken or the content doesn't match what was promised, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Tips
Tips are voluntary gifts to the band. They're non-refundable except where required by law.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues we can resolve directly within 48 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
How to Request a Refund
Email rocketfiremedia@gmail.com with the email address on the purchase and the approximate date. Approved refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
