1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or making a purchase on Machine Six ("we", "us", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to make a purchase or hold a subscription. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Superfan+ Membership
Superfan+ is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($9.99/mo) or annually ($99/yr). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
5. One-Time Purchases & Tips
The $7 Fan Starter Kit Vault Bundle and pay-what-you-want tips ($5 minimum) are one-time charges. Bundle access is delivered digitally and remains tied to the email used at checkout.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us and our processor to charge the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. Prices and plans may change; we will give reasonable notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers.
7. Digital Content & License
All music, art, cards, and other content on the Service are owned by Machine Six or our licensors. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and enjoy this content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, rip, or resell any content.
8. User Submissions
Anything you post (chats, song pitches, votes, ideas) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and incorporate into the project. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, or abusive — we reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Sections 7, 8, 11, and 12 survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any specific content (unreleased tracks, packs, events) will be released on any schedule.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
